Why use HCG for weight loss?

The HCG Weight Loss Diet is getting a lot of buzz lately, and it should!  As a Registered Dietitian, I’ve been helping clients  to lose weight, mostly with the traditional food-guide-pyramid diet, calories-in-equals-calories-out diet approach, but absolutely nothing has been as effective and as life changing as the HCG Protocol.  After experiencing the HCG Protocol myself, and coaching 100’s of clients through it, I have come up with a few guidelines of my own, helpful  tools, tips, recipes and more.  Enjoy!

Letter from a happy HCG client!

Becky,

Today is my last 500 calorie day.  I have been transformed.  I’ve lost 26 lbs and 10% body fat.  I’m at a weight I was in highschool.  There has been so much anticipation of getting to the end, and I find myself completely satisfied with the food I’m eating, not wanting for anything more.  I’m eating for fuel, and enjoying it, instead of eating for entertainment and hating myself afterwards.  This has been the best cleanse in all aspects.  I love it.  Thank you!
